Terms and Conditions
The present Terms and Conditions are applicable to the sale of all the products and services offered by Jamon Shop SL, either through our website, www.JamonShop.co.uk, by telephone or email.
By purchasing any of the products or services of www.JamonShop.co.uk, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which will be available on our website at the moment of placing the order.
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website, www.JamonShop.co.uk. For any enquiries, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone (+34) 976 503 918 from 10h00 to 16h30, Mondays to Fridays.
The prices displayed on our website include the applicable VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT will automatically be deducted during the check-out process.
For orders placed by companies registered in the EU, VAT may also be deducted, provided the customer provides us with a valid EU VAT Number (VIES). Your EU Vat Number may be checked here.
In order to improve the service offered to our customers, Jamon Shop SL reserves the right to make changes or modifications to prices and/or products, at any time without further notice.
The prices as displayed on our website at the moment of placing the order are the prices applicable to that order.
3. Methods of Payment
Payment may be made using any of the different methods offered by Jamon Shop SL on our website. Click here for further information regarding our different methods of payment.
4. Delivery Times
All our orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment. Nonetheless, this period of time may be extended by an additional 48 - 72 hours if any of the ordered products are temporarily out of stock.
If it is impossible for us to prepare the order in this period of time due to any unforeseen event or circumstances, Jamon Shop SL will inform the customer of this delay.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer during check-out within the period of time stated in the section Payment and Shipping. These periods of time depend on the destination of the order (shipping address), the shipping option selected by the customer and the volume of the order.
All periods of time are expressed in business days, excluding weekends.
In certain countries, if the customer is not at home on the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a note indicating the address and business hours of the nearest post office or parcel shop where the parcel can be picked up.
5. Transport Incidents
On receipt of the order, the customer is required to check that there is no damage to the parcel or products, and that all the products specified on the invoice are present and in good condition.
If any damage or anomaly is found, the customer is required to make note thereof on the delivery note of the carrier, and inform Jamon Shop SL of any such damage or anomaly within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
If any of the ordered products do not meet your expectations, you have 14 business days of receipt of the order to return the products, after prior notification to Jamon Shop SL by telephone or email.
The customer will be liable for the return shipping costs, as well as for any other costs that may derive from the return.
The refund will be processed upon receipt of the products at the premises of Jamon Shop SL after inspection of the products, which must remain unopened and in their original packaging.
The refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made in the same method of payment used by the customer when placing the order.
In the event of the customer receiving a product which is unfit for consumption, the product will be replaced with the same product in perfect condition, provided Jamon Shop SL is informed thereof within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Any personal data obtained through our website or any other means will be included in a database of Jamon Shop SL. This information will be used exclusively to inform the customer of special offers and updates to our products.
We will under no circumstance sell or otherwise market your personal data to any third parties.
